Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the specific proposal or statement of work.
Unless otherwise stated, services include up to two rounds of revisions within 14 days of delivery.
Milestones and payment terms are specified per project. Deposits are non-refundable once work starts.
Upon full payment, rights to final copy are transferred to the client. Drafts and research files remain property of MinimalCopy LLC.
We keep all client materials confidential and use them only to perform the agreed services.
We do not guarantee specific business results. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.
